What is ELC 2025?
Eagles Leadership Convention (ELC) is a biennial thought leadership forum dedicated to empowering leaders across Asia. This year’s theme for ELC 2025 is “Unchanging Values, Changing Landscapes: Navigating in Unchartered Waters”, which points to the challenges that leaders face in navigating uncertainty. ELC aims to meet that exigency by equipping leaders through the gathering of thought leaders and luminaries.
When and where will ELC 2025 be held?
ELC 2025 will take place from October 9-11, 2025, Thursday to Sunday at Sime Darby Convention Center, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Are group discounts available?

Can I attend virtually?
ELC 2025 is an in-person event, but selected content will be accessible via our digital platforms on Gnowbe post-conference.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
Please refer to the event’s terms and conditions for cancellation and refund policies.
Is food and accommodation included with the tickets?
Only lunch and tea breaks are provided. Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference fees.

Younger Leader Sponsorship
What is the Younger Leader Sponsorship?
The Younger Leader Sponsorship is a partial sponsorship initiative aimed at supporting emerging leaders under 30 years old who demonstrate strong leadership potential but are unable to fully afford the cost of attending ELC 2025 due to financial limitations. This sponsorship covers conference fees only. Accommodation, transportation and other personal expenses must be self-funded or raised independently.
What are the requirements to qualify for this sponsorship?
Selected recipients must fulfill the following commitments:
Attend all 3 days of the ELC 2025 conference and sign daily attendance.
Organise and host at least 2 ELC Watch Parties to share learnings with others.
Submit 3 post-event reflection reports.
How can I apply for the Younger Leader Sponsorship?
If you’re under 30 and in need of financial assistance to attend, please reach out to us to apply. We’d love to hear your story and explore with you how the partial sponsorship can help support you.
I’m interested in sponsoring a young leader. What should I do?
We welcome partners who wish to invest in the next generation of leaders. If you’d like to contribute towards a sponsorship, we’d be happy to connect you with an emerging leader.

Day 1 Arrival & Registration Instructions
What should I do when I arrive on Day 1 of ELC 2025?
Once you arrive at SDCC, kindly proceed to the first floor (where the event will be held):
If you are parking in the basement, kindly take the lift to Level 1.
If you are being dropped off, kindly make your way to the entrance of SDCC and take the escalator up to the first floor.
Once at the first floor, kindly navigate towards the registration table and queue up in the DELEGATES lane.
For HRDC Participants: You'll be required to sign a form to confirm your attendance. Kindly provide your company name to the respective staff.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving between 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM to complete registration before the opening session begins promptly at 9:00 AM.
What is the dress code?
Business casual or professional attire is recommended for all participants.
